A dba of Dataken — five years of production AI, pointed at mission work

Everything your organization runs on — plus the AI it could never buy alone.

Turning the signals of work into mission impact.

Website, CRM, invoicing, payments, and IT for churches, chapters, associations, and nonprofits — delivered with Dataken’s AI platform and the people to operate it. One vendor, one bill, and the evidence to show the board what it bought.

$2,500 fixed. Findings are yours to keep either way, and credited if you engage us.

Contextsignal graph + process miningSIGNALIMPACT
The work emits signals: Which applications are open, what moves between them, how long a task actually takes, where it stalls. OLi's computer vision reads the active window with machine learning at the endpoint — it does not store or transmit raw screenshots. Signals become context: One event means nothing. The same event across weeks, roles, and systems is a process. Process mining turns the stream into the actual shape of how your operation runs — which is almost never the shape of the documented procedure. Context becomes impact: The findings turn into changes: a step removed, a license cancelled, a task moved to a teammate who is faster at it, a person coached in the moment rather than at the annual review. Then it is measured again.

The difference

The part nobody else brings

Every services firm tells you the work is getting done. We instrument it. The layer underneath SignalImpact is OLi — Dataken's platform, in production for over five years, capturing a million work signals a day.

Where we fit

The sector's software vendors sell systems. Local shops do work. Neither does both.

Platform companies give you a capable product and leave the operating of it to a staff of two. Local IT shops and contract bookkeepers do the work, often well, but capacity ends at one person and nothing is instrumented. We are the only one selling both halves — with AI underneath.

  • Websites, CRM, invoicing, and payments, under one vendor and one bill
  • AI enablement priced and operated for a mission budget
  • Managed IT, and dedicated teammates doing the back-office work
  • The signal data behind every claim we make about your operation
  • Fundraising, donor development, or grant writing
  • Handing you a login and calling that a service

Website, CRM, contracting and invoicing/payments are in production. Managed IT, resourcing and OLi are not part of this engagement — we list what is live rather than what we sell.

This is our only client engagement in production. We are not going to imply otherwise, and there is no logo wall on this site because there is nothing honest to put on it.

The platform underneath

Not built for this launch

OLi has been running in production for over five years. SignalImpact is new; the AI is not.

SignalImpact launched in 2026 and has one client engagement in production, described above by type and scale. The platform figures are Dataken's, not a claimed SignalImpact track record. We publish no outcome percentages because we do not have any yet; when we do, they will appear here with the method attached.

Questions we get asked first

Who is behind SignalImpact?

SignalImpact is a dba of Dataken Inc. Dataken has run its OLi AI platform in production for over five years, capturing roughly a million work signals a day across commercial deployments. SignalImpact packages that platform, plus the operational stack and the people to run it, for mission organizations.

What is the AI actually for?

Two things. It tells you where the hours in your operation really go — which processes are slow, which steps are rework, which software nobody opens. And it produces evidence that the work we are contracted to do is being done, which is the question every board asks about an administrative vendor and the one almost nobody can answer with data.

Why can we not just buy AI enablement ourselves?

You can buy it. The problem is the second half. Enterprise AI tooling is priced for organizations with IT budgets and sold to organizations with staff to configure it, read it, and act on what it finds. A congregation with two administrators has none of those. We operate it for you rather than licensing it to you, which is what makes it viable at this scale.

Do we have to leave the software we already use?

No. We sell a full operational platform and we would rather you were on it, but plenty of engagements start with us working inside OmegaFi, ShulCloud, Blackbaud, or whatever you already own. If a migration is not worth doing, we will say so.

Do you do fundraising?

No. No donor development, no grant writing, no capital campaigns, no list rental. Those are relationship jobs that belong to your team. Our contribution is giving your people back the hours currently going to reconciliation and password resets.

Start by finding out where the hours actually go.

Two weeks, $2,500 fixed, instrumented rather than interviewed. You keep the findings whether or not you hire us — and if you do, the fee comes off the first invoice.
